Wire Cage Bustle
This is a so called grand bustle. This type of bustle has got a steel construction at the back and a hoop down the bottom. This bustle is great for the victorian era costumes that need a lot of back support.
It can be made out of cotton to be historicaly correct. But I can also make the ruffles out of taffeta for a great look, so that the bustle can also be worn on its own!
